TickTockPill1. Who provides the service
TickTockPill is provided by SAMGHN, Honduras. SAMGHN is the umbrella and producer brand; the product domain is ticktockpill.com. If a specific legal identification is required by applicable law before these terms become effective, the identity in these terms will be updated accordingly.
2. What TickTockPill is
TickTockPill is a personal reminder and organization tool. It helps you organize reminder times, schedules, history and inventory and keep a record of the actions you choose to take. TickTockPill stores your reminder data locally on your device. It is not a medical device, a clinical service or a substitute for professional guidance. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatments or provide medical advice, and it is not an emergency service.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for entering and verifying your own reminder information. Medication, dose, schedule or treatment decisions should be confirmed with an appropriate healthcare professional. A recorded action is a note you choose to keep, not independent confirmation that any medication was taken or any action occurred.
4. Reminder delivery and availability
Reminder and notification delivery depends on conditions we cannot control, including whether the device is on or charged, notification permissions and device settings, operating-system behavior and power-saving modes, manufacturer restrictions, and whether the app has been uninstalled or moved to another device. We do not guarantee that any reminder or notification will always be delivered. These terms do not promise availability that would be impossible for the product to provide.
5. Currently available free of charge
TickTockPill is currently provided free of charge. The TickTockPill website is the official informational website for the app and does not sell products or services, process payments, offer subscriptions, or provide purchases through the website. TickTockPill currently does not generate direct revenue through this website or app.
SAMGHN may publish other commercial or paid products or applications in the future. Those products are separate from TickTockPill unless expressly stated, and they will require their own applicable terms or legal sections when they exist. Future commercial obligations for other SAMGHN products are not part of these TickTockPill terms.
If TickTockPill's own pricing, distribution, or availability model changes in the future, these terms will be updated before that change applies.
6. Intellectual property
“© 2026 TickTockPill / TickTockPill by SAMGHN.” The visual identity, text, code and features of TickTockPill belong to SAMGHN or its licensors and are made available to you only to use the product as described. These terms do not grant trademark rights and do not claim a registered trademark.
7. Acceptable use
You may use TickTockPill for personal organization purposes. You may not misuse the product, use it in ways that violate applicable law, or rely on it for emergency or critical decisions.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The product and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that applicable law grants to you as a consumer, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee availability, continuity or delivery of any feature, and our liability is limited accordingly.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras, subject to mandatory consumer laws that may apply to you. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Honduras (Francisco Morazán). There is no mandatory arbitration clause. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction protections applicable to you.
10. Changes and effective date
These draft terms are not yet effective. They become effective on the date the operator formally assigns for activation. Future changes will be published here with the affected effective date.
